Custom Order Updates:
- You will receive e-mail updates throughout the creation of your 'made to order' ring. An e-mail will be sent when the wax model is complete & ready for casting, and another will notify you once your order has been completed & shipped. Please be patient, as a lot of work goes into crafting your special piece. Be sure to check your emails thoroughly for tracking numbers and other details. To avoid missing important e-mail updates, move any emails from MBJ to your inbox in case any issues arise during the process.
Import Duties:
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply if purchasing outside of Australia. Be sure to check with your local customs office for more information.

Once a parcel has landed in the destination country, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and respond to any customs clearance requests. Metal Bones Jewellery can provide supporting documents like invoices if needed, but we are not responsible for delays, holds, or any failure to collect or clear your parcel. We do not liaise with customs on behalf of customers, and once an order leaves Australia, any customs issues are out of our control.
