Custom jewellery orders cannot be returned or refunded. 

Digital Products 
You may request a full refund within 24 hours if your course has not been accessed (0% progress). After 24 hours or once any content has been accessed, the course is non-refundable due to immediate access to downloadable content. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Jewellery, Tools, Wax, and Gemstones

• Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of delivery for faulty or defective items.

• These items cannot be returned for any reason other than faults or defects.
