Returns & Refunds Policy

Online Courses & Digital Products

All digital products, online courses, downloadable files, and digital content are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course materials, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided once access has been granted.

If you are experiencing technical issues accessing your course, please contact us at info@metalbonesjewellery.com and we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.

Handmade Jewellery

Each jewellery piece is individually handmade, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the process.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assess the issue.

Damage caused after delivery, accidental damage, improper care, general wear and tear, or misuse is not covered under warranty or eligible for refund.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on made-to-order jewellery pieces.

Tools, Kits & Materials

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Used tools, waxes, gemstones, or consumable materials cannot be returned or refunded once used unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Metal Bones Jewellery is not responsible for gemstones that crack, break, or become damaged during casting, handling, shipping, or use.

Consulting & Business Guidance

Refunds will not be issued after a consultation or session has been completed.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If a consultation is cancelled by Metal Bones Jewellery, a full refund will be provided.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may occasionally experience customs delays outside of our control.

Once an order has safely arrived in the destination country, any customs processing, import procedures, duties, taxes, or required follow-up with local customs authorities becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for delays caused by customs processing or local import procedures outside of our control.

Jewellery Workshops

Workshop bookings are refundable with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop may not be eligible for a refund.

Metal Bones Jewellery reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops if required. In this case, participants will be offered a rescheduled booking or full refund.

If an issue occurs during the casting process due to an error on our end or the casting facility’s end, this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and an appropriate solution or refund may be offered where applicable.

Return Shipping

For faulty or defective items, please contact info@metalbonesjewellery.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided.
